Brazos Ranch Apartments! It’s a town home, with 3 rooms and 2 baths. Dogs and cats allowed but there is a $300 deposit.
About the roomies
The apartment is three floors, the first floor is the front door and the garage. The second floor is the main bedroom with an attached bathroom, the secondary bedroom with a shared bathroom, the kitchen, the living room, a built-in washer, and dryer. A little desk nook.
The third floor is a loft. I am currently residing in the secondary bedroom with a shared bathroom, that shares with the loft upstairs.
Prices will be negotiated based off of rent and utilities. My goal is for everyone to pitch in exactly their half so that it is fair for everyone. That is something we can discuss in person! But I would say roughly with utilities and rent between 800 900 a month
