Nice 3 bed 2 bath recently remodeled house out in West O, fully fenced in 6ft privacy fence in the backyard, nice deck and hammock + a lounge chair outside, stylish indoor design, fully stocked gym downstairs (nautilus treadmill, schwinn IC4 cycling bike, bench, squat rack, dumbells, plyo box, with a new TV on the wall), top of the line massage chair in the living room (Osaki Pro Maestro 4D), close to Hy-Vee and West O Fitness.

I live alone with my 11-yr old Shiba Inu, I do Rover and occasionally dogsit other dogs, so a dog lover is an absolute must. I’m laid-back and carefree but I also like to have things clean and orderly. I don’t drink but am OK if you do, as long as it’s not constant heavy drinking (same goes for weed). I work from home and on my laptop in the living room on the couch (I’m a stock-trader), you would still have use of the TV during the day (have a Lazy-boy recliner and a massage chair in there as well). I generally go to bed around 9:30-11, I don’t mind night owls as long as they are quiet. No smokers (vaping is OK).
