This is a renovated condo within the Valencia/Newhall area ; The photos of this listing are REFERENCE PHOTOS : THE ROOM IS NOT FURNISHED. We are looking for someone to occupy a bedroom with its own bathroom & closet for the remainder of our 1-year lease, which is 8-9 months. The lease will get renewed if everyone is on board with living here for another year. Our current roommates aren’t being respectful or communicative, so we’re in search of a respectful, responsible, reliable & pleasant roommate(s).

I’m Mike (26) & I live here with my girlfriend Vanessa (29). We’re both hard workers. I work remotely at home most of the time, but occasionally am a substitute custodian. Vanessa works with a homeless service coordination group, & works Monday-Thursday. We’re in search of a respectful, responsible, reliable & pleasant roommate(s) that can make the place feel more like a home.
