*Utilities, Internet, Garage Parking Included! Pool & Jacuzzi coming May 2024 About the property: Newly built townhouse in a community called Long Valley Trails in Washington. The room comes with a fairly new queen size bed. The bathroom would be shared with the one other roommate as I have my own private bathroom. There might even be times when you’ll have the bathroom to yourself, depending on if there even is another roommate or not at the time. The community is new and up & coming. It will have lots of amenities and already has Pickle Ball courts put in. More amenities are to come. My place is conveniently located directly across the street from the Clubhouse, which will have the Jacuzzi, Lap Pool, and regular Pool 🏊 (coming May 2024). Eventually they will build out a Movie Lawn, Splash Pad, Lazy River, Putting Green ⛳️ and more. Per HOA rules, the minimum Lease length is 6 months, but that’s always worked out great in the past as it adds flexibility. After your initial 6 months, we can convert to Month-to-Month going forward. In the past, I’ve had people finish up their 6 months and move on, and I’ve also had people stay over a year. It just depends on your situation. No looking for partying, drama, or messy people. In no rush & Willing to wait for the right fit. Looking for responsible and clean roommates.
