Looking for someone to rent out a room in my basement. Very open and spacious room with a walk in closet and your own massive beautiful bathroom. You would essentially have the whole basement to yourself. Located in Wellington on the east side of the highway. Earliest move in date would be august. I can send more pics and info if needed.
