I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in Fargo near Lewis and Clark elementary. Looking to rent out the finished basement. It has a small living area and a very large bedroom with private bathroom. Two closets, one small and one medium. Bathroom includes heated tile floors, 80gal “jacuzzi” tub, and walk-in shower. Shared spaces would be laundry room downstairs, and kitchen/dining room upstairs. Bills and wifi included. Attached 2.5 stall garage, spot available. Decent size driveway. Corner lot. Would like first and last month’s rent, but negotiable.

I work day, M-F and some weekends. I enjoy hiking, cycling, outdoors in general, working on cars, cooking/baking, and video games. Easy going.
