Private room and the apartment complex I am in is called the “Villas at Bella Vista”. If you are only staying for a year, we can do Venmo as a type of payment or you can sign a lease directly with the apartment if you so choose. I will allow caged pets (and I won’t snitch), but I must stress that the apartments themselves do not allow it.
