Single bedroom available for rent in a 3-bed 1-bath apartment minutes away from Sugar House. You will share the space with 2 girls. We are in our mid to late twenties and are working professionals and graduate students. When we aren’t spending time in our rooms working and studying, we enjoy eating dinner together and watching TV shows. We are looking for a clean, respectful, and fun roomie! The rent for the room is currently $545 plus utilities, which we split 3 ways (usually $50/$60 a month per person). Utilities include gas, power, and internet. Lauren: Currently a full-time graduate student at Westminster College studying Mental Health Counseling and working full-time as an intern therapist for Cornerstone Counseling Center with the VOA. When school isn’t sucking the soul from my body, I love to hike and be in nature, read, binge true crime podcasts, and care for my plant children.

Aubrey: recent Psychology graduate from UofU who works full-time as a Behavior Tech with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Loves to hike and volunteer at food pantries in her spare time.
