Looking for someone to take over a lease starting June 1st as one of our roommates is leaving due to work commitments. The lease runs until August, but you have the option to renew for another year. The room available is spacious and includes a private bathroom for your convenience. Our common areas are fully furnished, including the kitchen, so you won’t need to bring any utensils unless you prefer to. However, you’re welcome to personalize the space to your liking.

Conveniently located just a minute’s walk from BUS #2 and #32 stops, which operate until 10:15 pm, transportation is easily accessible. Additionally, our HOA facility offers amenities such as a swimming pool and jacuzzi for your enjoyment. We also have two patios/balconies perfect for barbeques, as well as a free garage for parking your car.

We’re a group of college students who prioritize cleanliness in shared spaces. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and we kindly ask for quiet during nighttime hours. Other than that, there are no strict restrictions, and we welcome anyone who values a respectful and harmonious living environment.
