I am looking for roommates to fill a room in a 2B2B APT. 3 minutes walk from the Dunn Loring metro station. The room and apartment have large spaces.

The rent includes partial utilities (water, trash). Tenants need to pay for electricity internet and renters’ insurance. Application Fee $50. You can have two-thirds of the public fridge in the kitchen, and can also put your stuff in half of the common area

Available on June 1 for one year lease (for lease less than one year, you need to pay one-month extra rent.) Rent $1135/Month, two months security deposit+$200 utility deposit

renters’ insurance:$60 for one year, Utility is $100 on average, $100 move in fee (no move out fee)

FREE street parking(unreserved). Reserved garage parking is $80 per month. Pet is OK ($200 one time pet fee non refundable, $20 pet rent+$20 utility/ month.).

A couple is OK. Kids under five is not allowed.

The apartment is a 3-minutes walk to Dunn Loring Metro station. You’ll have access to a variety of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. It takes 20 minutes to GMU Arlington campus by Metro, 30 minutes to GWU by Metro (including walking to the station), 15 min drive to the GMU Fairfax campus. All the shopping, entertainment places within walking distance: Harris Teeter, Dry Cleaners, and many more stores. Short walk to the Mosaic Center which includes a Target, Movie Theater, Home Depot, H Mart (Korean Supermarket), Great (Chinese supermarket) Shopping and 10+ Restaurants!
