Private room with Queen Bed, Dresser, TV, and closet. The room is located in the middle of two bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the house. The bathroom is shared with 1 male (50 yrs) and 1 male (62 yrs) roommates. The house is very nice, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. All utilities included, internet included, Netflix & Prime included. Access to the kitchen and laundry room included.

The 2 upstair Roomates are friendly, quiet, and stay to themselves. Iām a single mom age 51 yrs and stay on the 1st floor of the house and have 3 small barking dogs. I really prefer that the person that will be moving in loves dogs.
