25 minutes from Fort Bragg. Very small and quiet subdivision; friendly neighbors. Open concept house, with a big landscaped yard with an abundance of shade, and patio area. Plenty of parking space Garage was turned in a gymnasium with treadmill, Stationary Bike, 2 different target Rowers, weight cage, Total Gym, punching bag, TV and Sauna. Big kitchen and a few living areas.

Iā€™m a mother of 3; one is in college and my other 2 are teenagers(14&16); we also have a male Shih Tzu dog. We are a quiet family. Kids are in extracurricular activities. In our free time; we enjoy enjoy watching movies, gym time, We cook and bake a lot! I like to clean and to keep everything clean/neat; love t9 decorate and stage houses
