The apartment is spacious, almost new and very comfortable, with a large kitchen/living room, dishwasher, washer, dryer, HVAC and large outdoor deck. The deck is approximately 18.5’ x 18.5’, gets lots of sun, and has plenty of space for outdoor furniture, plants, your bike, etc. Great location in West Philadelphia, just a block from the trolley stop and close to buses as well as stores and restaurants along Baltimore Ave. Rent is $800 including utilities (electricity and internet). You will need to sign on to a one-year lease (June 2023 - May 2024) with our landlord.

The ideal move-in date is June 1 but we could also consider a June 15 or July 1 move-in.

We are a married couple in our early 40s, employed in academia and nonprofits. We both work from home at least part of the time. We’re looking for a roommate who is mature, friendly, and a good communicator, who wants to share a quiet, clean, and comfortable home. Non-smokers only. We have two cats, so this is not a good fit for someone with allergies, or with their own pets. Female roommate preferred, but we’re open to others as well.
