Apartment is three-bedroom ground floor with spacious living room and sunroom! You will get the master bedroom with your own bathroom. Shared living space and kitchen. I do have one cat. It is semi-furnished - the couch in the living room. We haven’t gotten around to getting a dining table yet but open to the idea! The bedroom itself is unfurnished. (pictures coming soon!)

The other two bedrooms are take by two young working women! We’ve lived together for over a year. The apartment complex is pretty responsive and fix any problems in the apartment. Utilities include water and electricity, both are not usually more than $100 (but can be higher depending of course).
