Townhome suite's room

This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 3 story townhome. Central AC. Furniture not included in rooms. Washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove included. For Couples I will have to charge extra as it is an added person as well as if you have an existing animal. * furniture in pictures are not the current furniture. This listing price is for master bedroom with walk in closet and with private bathroom on the 3rd floor right next to laundry. There is one female and one male roommate. Very nice and quiet to their own. One dog on site super sweet on the second floor.

Each guest room will have their own locks but kitchen and Livingroom and all other spaces are common spaces and will be shared and agreed upon between roommates. First floor is 2 car garage with a mud room, then the second floor is kitchen, living room and balcony with one bedroom and a bath right outside of it. Up to the third floor is laundry area and the master bedroom as well as third bedroom with its own private bathroom.
