This is a duplex. 3 bedrm/ 2 bath, 2 car garage.

• 20 min from 75/380 in McKinney.
• Private unfurnished bedroom and hall bath with small closet, but there is room for additional storage in 3rd bedroom I use as office/guest room.
• All utilities paid *W/D on site
• High speed internet/Wi-Fi included
• Use of Direct Stream/Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime in living room. If you have a smart TV or TV with Roku like device you can have access in bdrm.

• Full use of common areas
• Must be clean and tidy
• Housekeeper 1 time per month, but you must help keep common areas clean and keep your own areas clean.
• shared use of garage if your vehicle fits within garage with my Honda Accord or there is plenty of driveway space.
• No parties
• No cigarette smoking, even outside. Vaping allowed as long as it does not have an offensive smell. *Small local grocery store with restaurant within walking distance.
• My lease is up the end of August 2023, but I plan on staying at least another year.

I am an empty nester woman, but my college aged daughter stay with me occasionally in guest room. She can use my bathroom. I work from home M-F and stay pretty busy on the weekends. I have a dog and a doggie door. I will not lock him up when I am gone. I will consider another dog, if it is not a barker and gets along with my dog. Additional deposit will be required for pet.
