It’s a spacious 1 private bedroom with attached private bathroom. Walk in closet. Common living room and kitchen. Tall ceilings, tile in common areas, plenty of parking. Gated community.

I’m a quiet yet sociable individual looking to share my place with someone who is clean, respectful, and kind. I have cats that live with me who are super sweet, but keep to themselves unless you hang out around them. :)

I usually like to keep to myself and work 12-8 Thursday - Monday. I do my thing (video games, hang out) usually in my bedroom so common areas are open to do your thing as well.

I don’t really invite anyone over so the place is usually quiet and I work odd hours so you won’t usually see me unless I’m getting off work at night. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! :)
