Lila's room

This is a 2 bedroom basement space with its own bathroom. Both rooms are generously sized. The house is .9 miles away from Corridor Marketplace which has Target, food, groceries, ect. The whole basement would be yours i would only have to come down to do laundry in which case i will communicate that. The only thing that would be shared is the kitchen. Other than that you would be welcome to utilize the living room, sunroom or pretty much any common area upstairs. There is driveway parking as well. I would like to work out a way to split the utilities, which can be discussed. There is a huge backyard and Dogs will be considered on case by case basis.

I am a young real estate professional who works in DC, I live alone with a small adorable friendly and hypoallergenic dog. I am quiet and drama free and i have had amazing experiences with my two past roomates. I typically dont have two many people over except the occasional friend or if my family visits me. I am looking for someone who is peaceful, CLEAN respectful, communicates well and of course pays rent on time :).
