I am looking for a sublease for my room.

The room is available June 1st - July 31st. If you want to move in sooner that’s possible too. My lease ends on July 31st.

If you do want to stay longer you have the option to renew the lease.

It is a private room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom is completely furnitured. The kitchen has modern appliances like a fridge, oven, and microwave. The building is located in the Auraria Student Lofts in the heart of downtown Denver.

AMENITIES: -Walking distance to CU Denver and MSU campus! Also conveniently close to RTD lines, shopping, and many restaurants. The location is considered student housing, but it is open to anyone. -Apartment is fully furnished, and has renovated appliances such as dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, and cabinets. -Utilities are included in the rent such as water, Wi-Fi, electric, trash, and access to shared laundry facility in the building. -Building amenities: Indoor gym, outdoor pool and roof top, study room, Starbucks connected to lobby, on site maintenance, nighttime security, and package lockers.

BEDROOM: -XL bedroom with large window! -Lease is 2 months, June 1st 2023-July 31st 2023 -Rent $850 June and July -New term starts August 1st, rent $1021 -One time move in deposit of $400 -Need 3x the rent to qualify or can use a guarantor!
