About the room
Hi!
Our third roommate is moving out, so we are looking for 1 person to share our homey apartment with us. We are both working professionals, are clean and organized, but also know how to have fun and enjoy a good conversation.
It’s a long term lease in a 1552 Sq. Ft, 3 bed, 2 bath, third floor apartment in Bell Channelside. It’s right smack in the middle of Downtown, Channelside and Ybor City. It’s a 3-4 minute drive to any of these areas. It’s also right opposite the Channelside Publix.
One roommate has the master Bedroom, so he pays a bigger share of the rent. One of the other two bedrooms (11’6“X 11’6“) is available for Rent, at $1350. The room can be seen from 04/30, and the move-in date is for 06/01.
EVERYTHING listed below is covered by the $1350 rent: Base rent Parking Cable in your room Internet Power Water Sewage Trash (Pickup from front door) Parcel Pending Service Dry Cleaning Pickup (Actual dry cleaning charges apply) Pest Control Regular and ad hoc maintenance Usage of gym, lounge, barbecue area and pool Regular Cleaning service
The bedroom for rent faces the ‘Beach’ courtyard, as it’s called, and has a spacious closet. All bedrooms in this place have a ceiling fan too.
The building is just walking distance from most of the surrounding bars, restaurants, coffee places, parks, coffee places and even grocery stores. Publix is right opposite our building, a 2 minute slow walk away. Downtown’s practically just a couple of blocks over, just like Ybor.
The building has covered parking, and parking is available for as many cars as we have in the apartment. We have a cable connection in the apartment, Spectrum Ultimate HD. We also have High Speed Internet in the place, at 400 Mbps. Monthly charge for Cable, Internet and the rent for the adaptor will all be included in the rent of $1350 above. Water and Electricity consumption, Parking, Valet Garbage collection and Pest Control are also included in the rent. We also have a monthly cleaning service to clean the common areas, the cost for which is also included in the rent.
The building has a pool, pool table, gym and a common lounge in the ground floor.
We have a Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dish washer in the apartment.
Guy or girl no problem, just be kind natured, clean, friendly and professionally employed. 20s or 30s preferred. We’ll need to see if we can be a good fit before we can proceed. Just looking for people who can be good friends, and have a similar mindset.
Please apply only if you’re an established professional with a regular paycheck. The building will be doing a background and income check as well, so you’d need to clear that, even if you and I decide to go ahead.
