Henry Street

This is a bright and sunny room for rent in a peaceful apartment. You would have a private entrance, a big closet, and two large windows facing calm, and tree-lined Henry street in Carroll Gardens. This is a large room, with a lot of sun and quiet. The apartment has a dishwasher and 1 bathroom. The building is a four-story walk up (this apartment is on the second floor). A bit about the neighborhood - you are 8 mins from the F + G trains. Coffee shops and amazing pizza are just steps away from the apartment. Court and Smith streets are also incredibly close, and have plenty of restaurants and shopping etc…other than that, there is trusty Key Foods, Trader Joes and Whole Foods are all close.

You would be living with one other roommate (me) - a producer in documentary film. I enjoy making music in my free time, and all around, find a lot of joy from working with my hands. I like to keep a tight ship around the apartment, and have found that it is important that my home feel like an oasis from the city energy. I will have friends over, but am not a big “party in my house” kind of person. I’m looking for someone who wants to make this place their home, and enjoys a relaxed energy within their living space. I am a people person at heart, and would welcome the opportunity to become buds with the person I am living with.
