I’m fairly low key, kind and easy going. The building is mainly young professional. Located in Cap Hill, its a pretty busy area with grocery store a half of a block away. Parking available for an extra $65 (I think) I park on the street which is not a problem. If you know the area, you know:) UPDATE: This room just became available again. Feel free to reach out.
