Upstairs private bedroom with its own full bathroom. Laundry privileges, washer and dryer; no kitchen privileges (although possible to add them later based on the track record and for an extra fee, if needed). Possibility to also rent a den across the hall with a TV and a desk for an additional fee. No smoking, pets, guests, or excessive noise. Looking for someone who works outside of the house full time and/or travels a lot.
The owner has a cat.

1 professional female who owns the house and a young male who rents downstairs room with his own separate entrance and the only shared area with him is the garage.
