Current 2 housemates live on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor bedroom will be available in June. Living room and dining room are fully furnished. The bedroom is not furnished. Townhouse has washer and dryer as well as a large backyard. Preferably a 1-year lease is required but will consider shorter lease length. 1-month security deposit is required. Utilities shared amongst all 3 housemates. Home located on a quiet tree lined street in Bryn Mawr close to Haverford College, parks, and shopping on Lancaster Avenue.
