This Tucker Key co-living property has been fully-renovated, incorporating the latest technology and design elements to make for a stunning place to call home.

BEDROOM: This private bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, smart TV, desk & chair, dresser, and full-sized closet.

BATHROOM: This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other room. It features a double vanity and shelves inside the shower to easily separate your belongings.

Your shared spaces are also decked out with designer finishes. The living room is lush with ample seating for gathering, the cozy dining room and countertop bar seating make for the perfect dinner, and the bathrooms are jaw-droppingly chic.

We know privacy is paramount, which is why you’re the only resident allowed in your bedroom. Same with bathrooms: if you’ve booked a room with a shared bathroom, it’s only open to you and the ONE other bedroom resident who’s sharing it.

Residents have access to all shared spaces in the home - living room, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor space.

PARKING: Driveway parking is reserved for primary bedroom residents. Please utilize street parking next to the home on Polk Ave.
