Beautiful bedroom and bathroom for rent in Vinings!

THE BASICS: I have a bedroom for rent in my spacious Vinings apartment. It can be furnished, has a walk-in closet and a bathroom.

THE APARTMENT: The apartment is on the top floor, very spacious for a 2 BR (about 1300 square feet), has lots of closet space, separate washer and dryer, and a sunroom (with a view of the Chattahoochee when the trees are sparse!). The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so you’ll have privacy. Also, the neighbors in the building are very friendly and quiet.

THE COMPLEX: The complex is gated, gorgeous and minutes from I-75, I-285, The Battery and Cumberland Mall. It’s very quiet, has a gym, two pools, a tennis court, a recycling center, two lakes on the property as well as access to a trail along the Chattahoochee. One of my favorite amenities is the trash valet. ;)

ME: I’m 36, I work from home, sometimes off hours. I sometimes have company over but not too often. I’m friendly and open but can also be private, especially if that’s what you prefer. I will definitely respect your boundaries and property since I expect the same. My hobbies are playing trivia, taking dancing classes, doing my nails, and arts and crafts.

I have a 10-year-old cat, Isabella. She is a bit chatty but she will definitely leave you alone if you want. And she’s never even been in the guest bedroom so no need to worry about cat hair!

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR: Someone who is clean and tidy, does not work from home since I do, relatively quiet, and who definitely respects boundaries. No drugs at all, no pets, and no couples, please. PLUSES: You have similar interests, are a vegetarian (I am), dislike the cold (easy thermostat agreement), love to cook (I don’t, haha) y que hables español.
