I have a 2 bed/2 bath penthouse apt in Paulus Hook and am looking for a roommate of any gender to join me long term on the lease starting June 1 (move dates flexible).

You would have the second bedroom, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.

• In-unit washer/dryer and built-in AC units in every room.
• Lots of natural light and views of the Hudson River / Manhattan skyline from the apartment
• Full amenity building with 24/7 gym, outdoor pool, game room, and other common areas.
• 8-minute walk from the Grove St PATH and a 4 minute walk to the Liberty Harbor ferry terminal to go to Wall St.

There is a $175 application fee to join the lease and a $750 security deposit due once you are approved by the building. Happy to send pictures and a video of the apartment upon request.

I work full time at a law firm in NYC with WFH 2 days per week. I enjoy photography, travel, and exploring the city with friends in my free time. I’ve lived with a wide array of roommates in various US states and countries over the years and have had positive experiences so far, finding that the best dynamics always involve good communication. I’m friendly, clean, and always up for a chat, though I am also respectful of privacy/space and noise levels. Looking for a roommate who can be easy going, clean, and responsible.
