Hi! I’m (26, f) looking for two roommates to live in a converted mansion with me. My current roommates are moving out and I’d love to stay. I live on the second floor with my own bathroom but the whole third floor is free—two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with skylights, multiple huge closets, and a den space for an office or art studio. The shared spaces are the entrance (stairwell just for our unit), kitchen, living room, and top floor bathroom between you and the other person (or just you if you want to rent the whole top floor). I’m looking for roomies who like reading, watching good shows, drinking wine, and playing cozy video games. There’s one parking spot behind the house included. The landlord lives in the house as well (first floor) and he’s great—super responsive, respectful, and an excellent gardener. Looking for some new friends so I don’t have to leave! Available 7/1, shared coin laundry in basement.

It would be just me, plus two others I find (or one if you can cover rent for the whole top floor, roughly $1375 + utilities). Ideal if you and a friend are looking for a space together.
