Rent includes storage space for a camper, RV, or shed as well as garden space - this allows whoever is sharing the indoor space to have an office or work studio on ground level! Also plenty of room for small livestock.

The living room is large and set up for everyone to enjoy!

The house is a beautiful two story home with hardwood floors, 50 acres of riverfront woodland and field, onsite camping, eventing space, fruit trees, lots of gardening space, all while still being within a mile of downtown Chehalis and it’s shopping centers. Renovated with new plumbing, electrical, and a brand new heating and cooling system.

Owners live in the house across the field “next door”. They are avid gamers, self proclaimed nerds, introverts who like having a small community. Enjoy the occasional BBQ and game night or potluck!
