Rent includes storage for a camper or RV, allowing whoever is sharing the indoor space to have an office or art studio! Also plenty of room for gardening / small livestock. Sadly, property owner is allergic to cats and we’re at our limit for dogs, but room pets in cages or tanks would be okay.
The living room is large and set up for everyone to enjoy! All rooms come with their own small refrigerator and microwave, as well as access to the main kitchen.

The house is a beautiful two story home with hardwood floors, 50 acres of riverfront woodland and field, onsite camping, eventing space, a 40 tree fruit orchard lots of gardening space, all while still being within a mile of downtown Chehalis and it’s shopping centers. Renovated with new plumbing, electrical, and a brand new heating and cooling system.
People with boondocking capable campers encouraged! Tree houses and ziplines will be added late next year.
Owners live in the house across the field “next door”. They are avid gamers, self proclaimed nerds, introverts who like having a small community. Enjoy the occasional BBQ and game night or potluck!
