The house is located about 5 minutes from Hurlburt Field heading towards Navarre.

The house is an open design concept with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is almost 1900 sq ft. The house has plenty of rooms with myself and the dog.

It has its own bathroom just a few feet away, from the bedroom door. The bedroom has plenty of storage. There is a huge closet plus storage drawers under the bedframe, for the queen size Tempurpedic bed. There is a window that overlooks the fenced backyard.

Internet and expenses are included with the rent. A washer and dryer sit near the door leading to the garage. The washer/dryer and kitchen are available for use.

I’m a 49 yr old combat vet. I served 20 yrs as a Security Forces Member in the USAF. My current job is a Unit Deployment Manager at Hurlburt Field.

I live w/ my 2 yr old female shepherd (Amira). In a few days of individuals renting. She has been accepting and overly excited. I’ve rented to male and female so really no preference.

I’m looking for just quiet, structured and organized people that are clean and tidy with respect to their belongings and the house.
