The house is well manicured, landlords provide gardener, pest control and in HMO community. House on cul-de-sac, quiet neighborhood. Would like to have tenant stay for a least two years, even though a month-to-month lease is signed. No need to look at home if planning only to stay for a year or less. Landlords live across the states, so longer stay in house is important. Neatness and kindness is very important to landlords and tenants.
