Hello, I’m a 58 y/o busy kind of a man working Mon.-Fri. plus from time to time traveling. Living alone now in a 3 bedrooms house , a previous good roommate of many years “female if you are interested to know” had to relocate to a different state due to a job location. I’m friendly chilled with no drama keep it to myself type of a person. “I personally have no problem if you are just a social drinker”, as for myself I don’t drink at all or do any type of drugs legal or not!. I’m just looking for an honest person to share house’s expenses with in this rough economy . It’s a smock free nice house with 3 bedrooms in a safe clean neighborhood with central heat/air and a storm shelter in the backyard of course washer/dryer ..etc, I can sub-lease a room along with the full bathroom with it (room is furnished) but you can get rid of what you don’t need, you will share the rest of the house except my room & my bathroom. (if you need 2 rooms , with the bathroom so let me know first) No smoking inside the house but you can smoke in the garage or the backyard “I’m a smoker myself”. A cat is okay with me but no dogs allowed inside the house (only in the backyard) Feel free to message me for any questions.

The type of welcomed roommates I’m looking for is :

• If you have discrimination issues with people from different ethnicity,age,color ..etc. and/or religion so this place is not for you.
• I’m looking for normal decent roommate with a regular job (friends on SS I would work with you in tight times but you have to make your own math before moving in order to keep things fair and square)
• No parties , hangout in/out “revolving door” people or sleepovers, (of course normal visitors are okay) “you know what I mean!”.
• This is a right spot for a person whom wants to focus smoothly on his/her life if this is what you are looking for. -If you will need 2 rooms let me know first and we can work out something . -I’m a 100% drama free person so please no drama , no drama,no drama. -40+ 50+ 60+ are welcome. Don’t hesitate to message me for any questions. -Oh by the way did I forget to mention no drama! :) ,just in case I did forget … no drama! PS: I’m not looking for a girlfriend or any kind of “special relation”. Strictly roommate(s) & good friend(s).
