King George Lane

The enclosed suite includes the bedroom and bath and a shared with the homeowner den/office. The shared space includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch with cushioned patio furniture and a table seating four and a lovely yard that boasts a statue, a grilling and picnic area. There is a dog run with access to the screened porch and home, used when I occasionally board dogs. The very nicely decorated home is in Wedgefield Plantation and there is a golf course and pub on the property.

The home is shared with the owner. I’m a 68 year old female, semi-retired. I’ve lived in Georgetown for 3 years, coming from Arlington, VA. I own a Washington, DC based national event photography firm.
