I have an unfurnished room available in the front of the home with private Restroom and shower in the room. Parking in front of home. I’m asking for a drama free roommate, no smoking, drinking or drugs of any kind. As this is a family home. And just someone who has consideration for others. Background check is a must for safety purposes. You will not have access to washer and drver and other areas of the home. The room has its private restroom. Rent would be due every 1st of the month.This will be on a month to month term. Deposit will be required and roommate would pay for background check. If interested feel free to message me.
