• Living room with love seat, sofa and 70“ television for everyone to use.
• Netflix, Hulu, HBO accounts shared for all
• Electricity, water and Internet will be split 4 ways and only three utilities

Lease Agreement

• Month to month lease
• Must give 30 day heads up when moving out
• First month rent due upon signing of contract to lock in spot along
• No pets allowed

Minimum Requirements

• $2,400 gross monthly income
• 600 credit score
• No prior evictions
• Clean criminal background
• Must be clean and tidy
