Unfurnished room in 3 bedroom brick rancher with garage in Mechanicsville. Myself and one roommate would be only occupants.

I am in my 50’s and I work full time. I spend the majority of my free time doing yard work. Occasionally have friends over, but not late night raging parties. Very family oriented. My son, his family and grandchildren visit at least once a month. Enjoy doing crafts and being creative.
