Hi, my condo is located in a gated, safe community, very convenient to everything Boynton Beach has to offer. The condo is very spacious and you’ll have the freedom to use the kitchen, office space, living and dining room as well as the laundry off my lanai overlooking our small lake. I’m planning to furnish the bedroom with a twin bed and dresser but if a roomie has their own furniture, they are welcome to use it.

I’m a young retiree, social and friendly. I’m not a loud or noisy person and would be looking for that in a roomie. As long as you’re neat, clean and respect the space, we’ll get along fine!
