UPDATED Townhouse located just 6 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean at the VB Oceanfront. It’s a 1,380 square foot townhome with 4 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, living room, washer/dryer and yard. Privacy fence surrounding the large backyard. Smoking outdoors only. No pets. No kids. No couples. Prefer another dude. Room can be furnished or not.

3 occupants currently, looking for a 4th. One is a professional working in healthcare, the other is a business owner and the other just got out of the NAVY. We mostly work Monday -Friday jobs but like to have fun on the weekends. Living so close to the beach makes that super convenient. The room will be available now BUT if you want to move in at a later date and want to put it on HOLD then we can discuss that too…just message me.

The min and max length of stay is negotiable and flexible.

Utilities will be split. The bedroom can be furnished already if necessary.

We pretty much have a regular routine of work, eat, gym, and sleep - during the week. Looking for someone we can get along with in and out the house.
