It’s a 1,380 square foot townhome with 4 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, living room, washer/dryer and yard. Privacy fence surrounding the large backyard. Smoking outdoors only. No pets. No kids. No couples. Prefer another dude. Room can be furnished or not furnished.
About the roomies
3 total in house. This ad is for the possible 3rd roomie. We mostly work Monday -Friday jobs but like to have fun on the weekends. Living so close to the beach makes that super convenient.
The min and max length of stay is negotiable and flexible.
Utilities will be split.
We pretty much have a regular routine of work, eat, gym, and sleep - during the week. Looking for someone quiet, respectful, responsible, clean, and we can get along with in and out the house.
