Isaac Davis's room

My house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I use two bedrooms, one to sleep and one for my office. The pictured room is available, with a private bathroom right next to it. The available room is on one side of the house, while the rooms I use are on the other. The driveway has enough room for 3-4 cars. I have the backyard set up with two seating areas - one to eat and one to chill. The mango tree is full of fruit this time of year - waiting to see how they come out. Oh - I do have a one year old female cat by the way. I’d prefer a roommate without pets but would welcome another cat if it was a good fit.

I’m a 25 year old guy in Federal IT Consulting. Grew up in NY, worked in the DC area after college, and moved down to St Pete last year. I played soccer in college and try to keep active with some of my friends who also moved to the area.

I’m looking for a roommate (or 2) looking to rent both rooms in my place. I’m pretty laid back but a clean house is a must for me. I will be traveling ~50% of the summer, so you’ll likely have the place to yourself from time to time.

When I am home, my job is 100% remote, so I will be home until 5. I’m out and about on the weekends but definitely just chill out from time to time.
