Rent a clean, comfy room in my home shared with other working professionals (more on co-living below). This is a great place for travel nurses, remote workers, or those relocating to Atlanta. It’s walking distance to a MARTA train, too. NOTE: 2 rooms are available to rent.

ABOUT CO-LIVING: Hi, I’m Rae. I’m a 30-something new to Atlanta. I own the home, live in it, and rent out the 3 spare bedrooms to other working professionals for a minimum of 30 days each. This means you’ll have the same 1-3 housemates for a while and a second room might be available for your friend to rent, too. Each housemate gets their own bedroom and shares a bathroom with 1 person (and during vacancies, you’d have it to yourself).

This home is a place of flexibility: enjoy a meal with your housemates or enjoy the solitude of Netflix in your bedroom. Be sociable when you feel like it and let your introverted side shine when it needs.

HOUSE VIBES: This home is a friendly, welcoming environment where we respect each others’ personal space and sleep schedules.

I will personally vet each person before approving their stay to make sure they’re a good fit for the current housemates. And given that I live in the home, I’m available to make sure your sleep and personal space are respected.

THE HOUSE: It’s a single-story 4b/2b + a bonus room with a 1/2 acre backyard and high-speed wifi (400 mbps). The home is newly renovated and furnished on a quiet, dead-end street with friendly neighbors. Its located in a very convenient location in a highly-sought after area of Atlanta called Decatur (more about the location below).

• Queen-size bed, memory-foam mattress, blackout curtains, & 32“ Roku TV on an extendable mount
• Room is 11’ x 13’ feet with big windows & a backyard view
• Small closet, but has a clothing rack for additional storage
• Option to use a desk in the bonus room or place it in your bedroom
• SHARED BATH with 1 person (during vacancies, you will have it yourself)
• $1050 a month (includes utilities, wifi, lawncare, and cleaning of the shared spaces)

ROOM FOR RENT - “GREY” BEDROOM:

• Queen-size bed, memory-foam mattress, blackout curtains, & 40“ Roku TV
• Room is 11’ x 11’ feet with 2 windows & a backyard view
• Full-size closet (don’t let the small door fool you)
• Option to use a desk in the bonus room or place it in your bedroom
• SHARED BATH with 1 person (during vacancies, you will have it yourself)
• $1050 a month (includes utilities, wifi, lawncare, and cleaning of the shared spaces)

• Located in the northern half Decatur, close to several medical facilities
• Walking distance to Kensington MARTA TRAIN station (blue line)
• 1 mile (and 1 stop) to downtown Avondale Estates (great food, coffee, breweries, & Avondale Farmers Market)
• 3 miles (and 2 stops) to downtown Decatur (even more great food, coffee, breweries, and live music)
• Located on a dead-end street that is easy to miss. This means very little traffic & riff-raff.
• 5 min. to Publix, 11 min. to Sprouts & Whole Foods, 6 min. to DeKalb Farmers Market
• 10 min. to Target and 3 different Walmarts
