Rent INCLUDES 2 furnished private rooms and bath with separate entrance, utilities included (shared cost), WiFi, TV, use of driveway, kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, washer/dryer, etc. Total move-in cost would be $2,590.00 cash up front, prior to move-in ($1,295.00 security+$1,295.00 first month’s rent) for first month trial. Then rent is due monthly on the first day of each month, based upon a 30 day, month to month agreement. A 60 day notice to vacate by either party is required.
