This is a single unfurnished bedroom/bathroom listing with free parking for any students, faculty, or staff to UCR. So they can have a close spot near campus to save on travel time and travel costs.

The monthly rent is $1000. The place is 0.8 miles (8 mins by car, 15 mins by bike) away from campus and the apartment allows pets (fee is $25 - $50). There is a gym that you’ll get a key to, BBQ stoves that aren’t used much, and a pool if you want. The room’s utilities are all paid by me so all you have to pay for are your side of the rent. I would like to meet you in person first and get a roommate agreement notarized so that both of us can be protected by the agreement (e.g. I can’t kick you out without just cause).

After we talk, we can have a tour of the unit and go from there, where we would sign the agreement and then put you on the lease. Price is negotiable but I won’t go too far down. Feel free to message any questions. I won’t discriminate by gender, race, age, sexuality, or nationality.

I’m a quiet guy who doesn’t party and has no one over. Likewise, I won’t mind noise so much as long is it’s not constant. Only one living here.
