My Home is 3 miles back from the 10fry. An area called Whisper Ranch. You have access to the state park. lots of walking trails. Great area for kids. and there is an elementary school 1/2 a mile away. I have three rooms to rent. Prefer single parent and can rent three rooms upstairs. The downstairs bedroom is mine and is off limits. I’m there from time to time. You would literally have the run of the house. I would rent three rooms a adult and two children for 2000/month.There is a washer and dryer. No drugs,no vaping and no alcohol. I have for grown kids that grew up here.
I really want one person and a couple of kids. I don’t won’t a bunch of people coming in and out. If you want a nice neighborhood to raise your kids this could be long term as I won’t be there much.
