About the room
Brand new house, in safe quiet, gated community. Private room, unfurnished, share bathroom with one other person who is only home 2 to 3 days/week (sometime gone all week for work). Large back yard with greenspace out back. Beautiful kitchen. The house is fairly large (~2500sf). Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats and dogs so we cannot have indoor pets.
About the roomies
We are nice, quiet, neat and busy. One roommate is there only part time. House is furnished in common areas and kitchen stocked with necessities.
