Newport Boulevard

Madison Newport is in Costa Mesa and just a few minutes away from Newport. It’s in such a good location i absolutely love it here. The complex is so clean all of the time especially the pool and bbq area always looks perfect. The unit im in now has a garage that fits two cars and there is also parking out front. I live right outside the pool our balcony view is so cute. The room im looking to fill is a pretty average size room that has its own bathroom. My apartment is furnished, but of course im always open to adding anything anyone else wants! The place has hardwood floors throughout, but rooms have carpet. Our washing/drying is downstairs but my place is maybe a 20/30 second walk to both rooms. The complex is pretty quiet and everyone is so sweet here!

Hi! I’m from San Clemente and moved up here because I go to school at Cal State Fullerton. I moved in last August with my roommate but she’s moving back to Utah. I have always hung out/gone out up here it’s so much fun and there’s always so much to do! My roommate and I didn’t know each other moving in but ended up being such good friends and i hope for that with my next roommate! I love to keep my space clean and definitely keep the kitchen and living room clean also. I love shopping, working out, going to the beach, and i do like going out around here on the weekend. I’m a supper easy going person and love meeting new people. I’m spontaneous and always open to doing fun things. My roommate and I got a kitten when we first moved in and she’s staying with me. I’m actually allergic so i clean mostly every other day hahah! She’s adorable tho and pretty much acts like a dog!
