About the room
Hey! I’ve got a spare bedroom (11’x10’) in my house that is located in the heart of East Nashville. Location is walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and groceries.
Front and back yard as well as a 2 car garage and back patio area.
I was using the bedroom as an office but decided to open it up to rent. Only downside is a shared bathroom but I’m pretty clean and organized so if you are too, we should be good!
