I have an available room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Foxridge! Foxridge is very affordable off campus housing, only an 8 minute drive or 15 minute bus ride from Virginia Tech. Rent is $600/month plus half of the electric bill (full bill should be around $30 so half should be around $15), all other utilities are covered. The place comes with two awesome female roomies! About the roomies
The two roomies are both rising juniors. One studies psychology and the other studies hospitality. They’re both a bit more on the introverted side, but are super fun once you get to know them!
