About the room
Nice bedroom with walk in closet and private bathroom in a nice non-smoking apartment. Waterford at Superstition Springs Apartments. We have a washer and dryer in unit, nice balcony with a swing and good view of trees, ice maker built into freezer, maintenance is prompt here. Feel free to ask questions because there is probably a lot I am forgetting to mention.
The apartment will have you apply to get on the lease but the only fee is a $45 application fee for that. It has quite nice amenities you can always check out on their website.
About the roomies
27 & 28 Couple. Into video games and other nerdy stuff. We have an old cat. We mostly just stay in our room on our computers. Big plus if you like video games, TTRPGs, or MTG. Feel free to message for any questions on the place or us.
