The house is a duplex with a shared garage. You have to get a parking permit to park on the street. The house is like a 3min walk from oregon state. Only thing upsetting is no dishwasher and small unfennced backyard.
Me and my girlfriend live in the basement she is not on the lease but Helps pay rent and utilities as much as she can. We’re ideally looking for a couple to share a room. This worked best money wise and our previous roomates was another couple and it worked best for space and money. me and my girlfriend have a cat and a dog if you want to have a pet in the house you would need to contact the landlord. Joyce and I like video games, sports, painting, going to the bars, movies, board games, music, hiking, and going Agate hunting.
