LEASE TAKEOVER I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Spoke apartment complex. The lease period is from September 15, 2023 - August 31, 2024. It is a furnished 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom and can accommodate two people. The place is 600 sq ft. and is a 5-minute bike to campus/memorial union.
Utilities (gas, electricity, water, trash), wifi included, walk-in closet, on-site laundry, and one assigned parking space.
The rent is $1300 as I am subsidizing $500.
